Rulings Compliance Program

  1. Importers who use an existing Advanced Ruling or National Customs Ruling to apply against new or similar type products/SKU numbers reported to Canada Border Services Agency 

2. Importers who have been negatively impacted by a Canada Border Services Agency Trade Verification Review

3.   Importers who have an existing Ruling for a product which has undergone a product redesign, and/or packaging changes, and seeking to confirm that these changes do not make their existing ruling invalid.

4. Importers who have existing Rulings which are no longer binding due to a change in the Customs Tariff

Simply select your program’s ruling frequency schedule and our team will take care of the rest. 

• Select from: annual, quarterly, monthly ruling filings or per specific request
• You can change your frequency at anytime

Our detailed and customizable reports will provide your team with complete visibility of each product from Ruling Creation to CBSA Ruling Decision.

• For H.S. Classification and Origin Rulings, a separate ruling will be submitted for each product SKU number.
• For Valuation Rulings, one vendor issue will be submitted per ruling
