Who Does This Program Support?
If you are an Importer, Exporter, or Producer of goods, our Free Trade Agreement (FTA) Certificate Renewal & Optimization Program is designed to assist you with your regulatory, and contractual obligations.
As an Importer
You are responsible for maintaining a valid Certificate of Origin on file for any goods where you claim a reduction in duty, or duty-free status from the government.
As an Exporter
You are required to request certifications from producers, and issue a new certificate of origin to your clients.
As a Producer
You must solicit supporting certificates of origin or other written confirmations, for all “originating” materials or components that you source. In addition, you are required to conduct origin analysis on your manufactured goods, to verify that your goods meet the requirements set forth in a specific Free Trade Agreement.

Country of Origin Analysis
Rules of origin are used to determine if products are eligible for duty-free or reduced duties under a Free Trade Agreement, even though they may contain non-originating components.
For the products/product lines you have identified, our team will analyze and provide a detailed breakdown/recommendations on the eligibility, of the product(s) to meet the requirements for one or more Free Trade Agreements.
Reporting and Visibility
Our interactive and customizable reporting will provide you with full visibility, and transparency to monitor our progress in real time. Your team will be able to review our progress and have the ability to provide us feedback, or to ask us any questions, when it is convenient for you.
