How Does the Program Work?

We start by meeting with you and your team, to understand what your requirements are, and develop a Standard Operating Procedures Manual (SOP) to support your operation.

This SOP consists of the six critical stakeholder groups that most customs departments interact with, and together we identify & define the tasks and accountabilities this program will cover. These six stakeholder groups  include:

  1. Purchasing & Procurement
  2. Supply Chain & Transportation
  3. Customs & Trade Compliance
  4. Customs Brokerage
  5. Finance & Accounting
  6. Legal & Risk and Control

Once the scope and deliverables have been finalized in the SOP, we will develop a transition plan designed to minimize any disruptions to your existing team and their day-to-day activities.

Since our program is fully scalable, we can create a phased-in transition over a period of weeks/months or cut over completely on a predetermined date. You decide, based on your business requirements.

Together, we will review the transition plan, and once all parties are satisfied, you will gain access to our team of resources to support your organization.

The Dominion Commitment

We will be transparent. Our team will collaborate with your team to develop the SOP and Transition Plan in a timely manner.

Our interactive and customizable reporting provides you with full visibility and transparency to monitor the progress of the SOP and Transition Plan in real time. Enabling you with the ability to provide us feedback, or ask us any questions, when it is convenient for you.

Collectively we will review, and both agree to, the SOP and Transition Plan, prior to migrating tasks to our team.
