From the moment your purchase order is issued to your supplier, to the carrier picking up your order, to the customs clearance & delivery of your shipment, and making the payment for the order, your Customs Department is impacted. Therefore, it is critical that your customs systems and processes are well documented, reviewed, and updated on a regular basis.
However, just keeping the lights on day-to-day forces us to push these important projects to our ever-expanding, “Projects Parking Lot”. If this sounds all too familiar, then this program can help.
How the Program Works
We start by meeting with you and your team, to understand the systems and process you are currently using, and what information you have documented. We will then create a centralized library of relevant documentation that your team, and authorized company stakeholders can access, to review our analysis, updates, and recommendations.
Our team will review & update existing documentation, and perform a gap analysis to identify which documents, if any, are missing in order to minimize your risk of customs non-compliance. Based on your direction, our team can develop any missing documentation, or simply review any drafts that your team has prepared internally.
Once completed, we can either transfer the library over to your system, or simply maintain it on our system. Since our program is fully scalable, we can accommodate multiple divisions, and any relevant acquisitions that you might make in the future.

Our interactive and customizable reporting provides you with full visibility and transparency to monitor our progress in real-time. Enabling you with the ability to provide us feedback, or ask us any questions, when it is convenient for you.
