What Can I Appeal?
If you have received written direction from a Customs Administration that you do not agree with, did you know you have the right to appeal?
You might have received a ruling decision that you did not agree with or been issued an audit verification report by Customs instructing you to go back years to correct previous importations and pay additional duties, taxes, and penalties.
