This SOP consists of the six critical areas that most customs departments interact within, and together we identify & define the tasks and accountabilities this program will cover.

These six areas include purchasing, Supply Chain, Customs & Trade Compliance, Customs Brokerage, Accounting, and Legal.

Once the scope and deliverables have been finalized in the SOP, we will develop a transition plan designed to minimize any disruptions to your existing team and their day-to-day activities.

Since our program is fully scalable, we can create a phased-in transition over a period of weeks/months or cut over completely on a predetermined date. You decide, based on your business requirements.
