Investigation Nos. 701-TA-704-705 and 731-TA-1664-1666 (Final)


Determinations

On the basis of the recordโ€‰developed in the subject investigations, the United States International Trade Commission determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (โ€œthe Actโ€), that:

  • An industry in the United States is materially injured by reason of imports of paper plates from China, Thailand, and Vietnam
  • Provided for in subheading 4823.69.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States,
  • Have been found by the U.S. Department of Commerce to be sold in the United States at less than fair value (โ€œLTFVโ€), and
  • That have been found to be subsidized by the governments of China and Vietnam

The Commission made these determinations pursuant to ยงยงโ€‰705(b) and 735(b) of the Act (19 U.S.C. 1671d(b) and 19 U.S.C. 1673d(b)). It completed and filed its determinations in these investigations on March 13, 2025.
